I usually have a hard time finding my shoe size online, but Journeys actually had it in stock. Checkout was quick and easy too, which was a nice bonus. Happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely order from them again.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Journeys.com and, thankfully, they actually showed up when the tracking said they would. I was getting a little impatient waiting on them, but at least there weren’t any delays. The box was kind of beat up when it arrived, which was annoying, but the shoes themselves were fine. Not a perfect experience, but nothing major to complain about.

"Easy shoe shopping trip"
I went in to find shoes for my son, and the staff was really nice. They helped check sizes, didn’t make us feel rushed, and just made the whole thing easy. Then out of nowhere I realized we were actually having a stress-free shopping trip, which never happens. Overall, it was a really good experience.

The shipping cost was fair, which I definitely appreciated. that’s one of the things that keeps me coming back, but if it ever gets too expensive, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

"Easy return, just a bit slow"
I ordered a pair of shoes from journeys, but they ended up being a little too tight, so I had to send them back. Like I said, the return process itself was simple, and getting the label was easy. I dropped the package off and got some updates after a few days. Like I said, it wasn’t super fast, but it wasn’t terrible either. My refund showed up about a week later. I’d give it 4 stars because everything worked out fine, I just wish the whole thing moved a little quicker.

I’ve ordered from journeys.com a few times now, it’s been a solid experience. The prices usually seem fair to me, especially when they’re running a sale, and I’ve actually found styles there that were sold out everywhere else. Shipping wasn’t anything crazy fast, but it was totally fine and about what I expected. My last pair fit the way it should and looked just like the pictures, which is always a relief, you know? Overall, I feel like it’s worth it for the value.

I used a promo code on journeys for a pair of Vans and, i was kind of surprised it worked on the first try. I’ve had plenty of codes on other sites look valid and then magically vanish at checkout, so this was a nice change. The discount showed up in my cart right away and stayed there even after I logged in. No random errors, no refreshing the page over and over, nothing annoying like that. My order went through fine, and the confirmation showed the lower price too. Simple, but it definitely made me trust them more. 5 stars from me.

I always kind of notice the pattern with shoe deliveries, if the box shows up beat up, something usually feels off inside too. This one arrived clean and not smashed at all, and the shoes were perfectly fine. No issues, just a smooth delivery.
